Description
This soul portrait indicates incarnations in the Celtic culture. It carries within its imagery the four provinces, the four-leaf clover, the equal-arm cross, the creative power of the square and the circle, and the global reverence for the four directions.
It also contains early Christian symbolism in its chalice and the more modern stained-glass impressions of the power of the sun to sustain life on Earth.
The picture is founded on the square and the circle. It represents solidity and inner strength.
The white circle is oneness, unity and equality that seems divided by the pull of the four directions of life, but in truth they are like the lines of age. They are impermanent, indicating only short periods of dwelling in certain quarters of learning and beliefs. Moving through the quadrants erases the seeming division between them and merges into the unifying wholeness in the white central sun.
The four teardrop shaped leaves indicate a degree of activations and mastery over certain challenges in this life. Meditating on this image encourages a deep reconciliation of past traumas that are held in the land and in the genealogy.
